This unit installs in the bottom rear cavity of the frame utilizing a friction fit for retention. Fits model M17 18 19 22 23 24 31 32 34 35 37 and 38. This product will only fit new Generation 4 frames. Allows for use of factory interchangeable backstraps. (Will not fit 20 and 21 models) - Key benefit - Helps keep debris out of the magazine well.
